We are pleased to announce that Mr. Ross Cooper has been appointed as the new General Manager of Grand Hyatt Tokyo, effective October 1 2021.

Ross joined the Andaz Tokyo team in 2016, with over 20 years of experience with Hyatt International and working in Japan, he will join this hotel during this pivotal phase bringing his passion to drive the brand. "I am thrilled to be returning to Grand Hyatt Tokyo after ten years. Although we are still living though a challenging and unprecedented time, I hope I can use my experience to further enhance the Grand Hyatt brand value and provide our guests with a dynamic and memorable experience at this lifestyle destination hotel," says Ross.
